His
many national radio appearances include The Bob &
Tom Show, and his
standup is in regular rotation on Sirius XM Satellite

Phil's
humor writing has appeared in the New

Illustrated and The Complete Idiot’s
Guide to Jokes.
Festivals he has performed in include the Ventura Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, Yuk Yuk's Great Canadian Laugh Off,
and The
New York City Underground Comedy Festival, where he was one of ten comedians selected to perform in 2008's Emerging Comic's
Contest.
As an actor, Phil played two characters in High Hopes, a film that appeared in the Cannes Film Festival Short Corner
and HBO's New York International Latino Film Festival (the director is Latino; Phil is not).
He also starred
in a widely-seen commercial for CarMax.
Phil has performed all over the United States as well as internationally, including Canada and a nationwide tour of New Zealand.
Originally from the New Jersey section of New York City, Phil currently resides in Los Angeles.
